Quantum Commercial Property Management is a locally owned, independent commercial property management company delivering personalised, bespoke property and facilities management solutions.
Founded by Angela Hill in September 2017, the company has grown to manage approximately 40 commercial and industrial buildings across Queenstown and Central Otago, including the Kawarau Park precinct, home to Southern Cross Hospital.
As an independent business, QCPM offers flexibility and tailored services designed to meet each client’s specific needs while enhancing asset value. Their approach is relationship-driven — working closely with landlords, tenants and contractors to ensure properties operate efficiently and proactively.
By partnering with QCPM, landlords are freed from the day-to-day demands of property ownership, with confidence that their buildings remain compliant under the Building Act and meet all Health and Safety requirements.
