Queenstown Commercial Property Management is a locally based, independent commercial property management company offering personalised, bespoke property and facilities management services for their clients.

The company was started by Angela Hill in September 2017 and has progressively built up with a management portfolio now of circa 30 commercial/industrial buildings around Queenstown and Central Otago as well as the Center Management of Five Mile Centre in Frankton and Kawarau Park precinct which houses the Southern Cross Hospital.

QCPM are a small company so they can be flexible and can tailor their services to meet their clients need and enhance the value of their assets.

Their focus is building relationships with Landlord clients, tenants and the contractors used by them to ensure the smooth running of the properties and adding value through proactive property management.

Using their services releases Landlords from the day to day running of the properties and ensures all building are compliant under the Building Act and Health and Safety requirements are met.

Meet The Team

Angela Hill

Property Management/Director

Angela has had 19 years’ experience in the industry with extensive experience in managing all aspects of Commercial, Industrial, Retail and Office buildings as well as managing high end gated community resident associations.

She has worked in Sydney for Colliers International as a Commercial Leasing Agent and as a Portfolio Manager on the Telstra Corporation contract under United Group Ltd. Angela joined Colliers Queenstown (formally Mac Property Services) as a Commercial Property Manager and Consultant in 2006.

She then moved to Maori Hill Property (now Mackersy Property) as a Senior Property Manager when the Property Management division of Colliers Queenstown merged with Maori Hill Property in 2015.

During her time in Queenstown she has managed a variety of private and syndicated commercial, industrial and retail properties.

She has built up a good reputation with her pragmatic approach and passion for all things property management

Nico Schoombie

Property Manager

Nico joined our Property Management team in 2024. Before becoming a part of QCPM, he served as a Campus Manager (General Manager) for a premium student accommodation company in South Africa, where he managed two properties with a total of 440 rooms. His responsibilities included overseeing repairs and maintenance, budgeting, and organizing capital expenditures across the properties. Nico brings a wealth of experience in preparing OPEX budgets and setting rates to maximize revenue and optimize occupancy.

Prior to that, Nico managed all operations at a holiday resort in South Africa, where he handled booking management, staff coordination, event planning, and preventative maintenance.

Nico has a passion for travel and has extensively explored Africa, beginning his overland adventures at a young age. In his free time, he volunteers with the Coastguard in Queenstown and enjoys mountain biking on the area’s many dirt roads.

Vicky Bark

Accounts Manager & Property Administrator

Vicky is an experienced accounts manager, property manager and administrator having worked for leading New Zealand tourism businesses and syndicated commercial property and asset management companies over the past 10 years.

Vicky has over 8 years’ experience as an Accounts Manager and Administrator with Queenstown based Adventure Discovery Limited (trading as Kiwi Discovery) and Queenstown Rafting Limited, fulfilling management and finance functions with a team of over 150 employees.

For the past two years Vicky was a member of the finance team with syndicated commercial property management company Mackersy Property Limited, focusing on OPEX budgeting and financial year settlements and streamlining payable and receivable processes.

Vicky also brings her property management experience to the company previously managing portfolios of both privately owned and syndicated retail and industrial properties within the Queenstown Lakes/Central Otago area for Maori Hill Property Limited from 2017-2019.
